| I have been working as an Assistant Chef for the season, and am now looking to carry on through the summer as my current role is coming to an end. I am preferably looking for a cooking role again, as am comfortable serving and presenting both breakfast and evening meals, also confident with parties of up to 20. Would be happy to cover on chefs night off, or helping with menu plans and extra dishes. There is nowhere specific that I would like to be next, just as long as travel links are good.
