We would love to host you in Kaprun - Zell am See - in catered chalet Edelweisspitze! We are working with ChaletsDirect to get it online, but already wanted to inform you.

- Bedrooms: 4 apartments with bathroom ensuite, sleeps 23 in total, so you can arrange the group yourselves
- Proximity to Slopes: Slope and skilift at 6 minute drive, personal transfer is included in the price. You can choose between Kaprun and Zell am See ski areas (same skipass)
- Dining: Inhouse family style dining experiences with home made tasty meals privately cooked by our own staff with a glass of wine included.

With all this included, the quote would be € 18,900 excluding drinks and tourist tax, this is £ 16,160 at the current exchange rate.
To sum up, this is including:
- 7x Nutritious continental breakfast
- 6x Homemade three-course dinner, including glass of wine (one bottle to 4/5 persons)
- 6x Afternoon tea: cake and biscuits or snack (quiche, pizza, etc) after skiing
- Children’s menu possible for children till 11 years old, 2-course dinner at an earlier hour
- Coffee and tea
- Daily cleaning of the living area and kitchen and final cleaning
- Bed linen and towels

We've just released our dates for the 2027.8 winter season and can accommdate your full wish list at La Ferme du Lac Vert. Twelve en-suite bedrooms, capacity for up to 24 guests, sauna, hot-tub, half-board catering with breakfast on all days, and evening catering on five of seven. House keeping, driver service, private chefs.
Listing December 26th 2027 to January 2nd 2028 with a listing rate of £34,985.
