Marmotte Mountain Manor is located in Argentiere in the Chamonix Valley - at the foot of the infamous les Grands Montets ski resort.
The Chamonix Valley is 16km’s long, made up of five major ski stations as well as the iconic l’Aiguille du midi cable car. The valley has an excellent snow record with 90% of the ski area above 2000m, making it one of the most snow sure resorts in Europe. We are a 15 minute walk into town or 5 mins down to the Nyon lift, ideally located from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet and some of the best views in the resort.
The chalet is at the base of the Nyon with the River Dranse flowing just below and has direct access to Hiking Trails and Cycling Routes.
We are also just an 8 mins drive away from Lake Montriond, where you can swim, kayak and paddle board.
The MultiPass system from the tourist office allows you to use the Indoor/Outdoor Pool and Tennis Courts and various other activities etc for only 4 Euro pppd

I can offer self catered chalet accommodation in Meribel Les Allues (3 Valleys) from Sunday 9 -16 August.
Chalet Grange a Charlotte sleeps up to 15 in 7 ensuite bedrooms. It is comfortable and spacious with large open plan lounge and dining area, wifi internet, well equipped kitchen, jacuzzi (indoor) and parking for 2 vehicles. There is a free bus service taking you up to Meribel centre where you will find a host of activities.
The cost for the week is 2,000 euros. This will give your party of 8 sole use of the chalet and will include linen & towels and end of stay clean.

We can offer you our well appointed chalet in Morgins Switzerland from 6 August 2026 for £2,800 per week all in.
We have 4 double rooms, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and indoor parking next to the door. We have a south facing terrace, WiFi, smart TV, and games.
Morgins is a pretty village in the heart of the Portes du Soleil and right on the border with France, 5 minutes drive from Chatel. We have been enjoying it for 15 years and believe you get the best of all worlds.
Sounds like you may know how nice it is if you’ve lived in Geneva.
Hiking and mountain biking are on your doorstep (the gondola takes you up the Swiss side) with all the summer infrastructure of the Portes du Soleil at your disposal. It is only a half hour drive down to Le Bouveret on Lake Geneva.
We are 1½ hour drive from Geneva Airport and we recommend picking up a car as it's also useful for grocery shopping (beyond the 2 small supermarkets in the village) and popping to Chatel.
