Your back garden is the Grand Massif Snow sure and 265kms of marked runs, which includes the 5 villages Samoens, Flaine, les Carroz, Morillon & Sixt and Just 1 hour from Geneva.

### Chalet Barragiste
Chalet Barragiste has an **ultimate ski-in/ski-out location**, allowing you to step straight outside, click into your skis and head off for a day on the slopes.
The chalet is located beside the luge track between Courchevel 1850 and Courchevel 1550. The gentle blue run takes you down to Courchevel Village’s lift station, providing direct access to Courchevel 1850 and the entire **Three Valleys ski area**.
The chalet has **5 bedrooms across three levels**. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms have en-suite showers and sinks, with three shared toilets. When booked exclusively, additional beds are available in the mezzanine area.
There is a spacious living area, separate dining room and a large **south-facing terrace with outdoor hot tub**.

Le Chalet des Boisses is a luxury chalet located at 1800m right on the slopes, next to the front de neige and the restaurants.
It accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms, five bathrooms.
The chalet offers high-end amenities, a hot tub, steam room, boot dryer, fireplace... Free Wi-Fi, Large TV in each room...
