Location: Courchevel & La Tania, Three Valleys | Hi Guys,
Due to a last minute let down, we are again Looking for a freelance Host/Chef for week 19th-26th December (XMAS). Chalet of 6/7 guests in Le Praz, 6days Catering and general host duties (rooms etc). Please note one family no pork.
Will require catering Xmas day (traditional Xmas lunch).
Can either provide previous menus or you can use own, looking for good home cooked meals. Breakfast (with eggs/porridge), Afternoon tea, Three Course evening meal with canapés.
Host to do own shopping and will need own transport/accommodation (if accommodation is the issue please let me know)
Chalet will be set up on arrival and can negotiate regarding departure cleaning.
Daily cleaning of the chalet will also be expected. (standard chalet host duties).
There may be opportunity for further weeks in the season. Position suits experienced self motivated person.
