I am Lucy Baker, I am 18 and I am applying for a Ski Chalet Host job in the French Alps for this coming winter season either on my own or working in a pair. I am completing a two-week cookery course starting 3rd October at Orchards Cookery and will gain a Level 2 award in Food Safety.
I am a hard working individual and have experience working long hours in the catering sector working at weddings and other events. I have also had to be organised and attentive when looking after a 5 year old driving him to a number of different activities and cooking him meals.
I love organising events and have previously organised a dinner for my boarding house of 60 girls, choosing a theme, a menu and setting up the venue in my position as head of the house.
I am a reliable person and I am willing to try any task handed to me and aiming to perform to the best of my ability whilst also being a fun and bubbly girl who loves to entertain and socialise.
