Fine Dining Chef Couple
We are looking for an experienced chef couple to run a 14 person chalet in La Tania, 3 Valleys.
The chef needs to have extensive experience in fine dining (2 rosettes or similar) and the host extensive experience in hospitality.
Working to a generous budget, you will be given free reign to design your own menu.
We have many returning guests so we are looking for a couple who are able to carry on the same high standards which were achieved in the previous seasons.
As well as cooking, the chef will assist the host in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and also carrying out weekly stock takes and food ordering.
We are looking for a couple with great personalities, who are welcoming and professional.
You will receive a competitive salary, accommodation, food, ski pass, ski hire, ski insurance and travel expenses.
