We are looking to hire an experienced couple to manage and operate our second chalet in Samoens - Chalet ALLURE - for this coming winter season.
APASSION is an owner run luxury chalet company situated in the picturesque resort of Samoëns, part of the Grand Massif Ski region, the fourth biggest ski area in France. We established APASSION in 2011 with the build of Chalet APASSION and added Chalet ALLURE as a second new-build chalet ahead of the winter season 2014/15.
We offer luxury holidays, in bespoke chalets, creating a ‘home-from-home’ guest experience though the provision of fabulous cuisine and a personalised service in a relaxed environment.
Given our focus on high-end cuisine, one of the couple should be an experienced chef with experience of producing high quality food in a restaurant or chalet environment. They should be comfortable catering for up to 11 people, 6 mornings and evenings per week.
The other member of the couple should ideally have had front of house experience in the hospitality industry or at least held roles in client-facing positions during their professional career.
The couple must be highly motivated, well presented, prepared to meet the needs of the most demanding of guests and always operate calmly under pressure to deliver a high-quality service.
You must hold an EU passport and / or a valid visa for working in France.
To apply, please send a CV together with a covering letter and photo to [email protected]. Further information about us and our chalets can be found on our website - www.apassion.com.
