Thanks for getting in touch. It's awesome that you already know Morzine quite well - such a great place to ski right?!
As a party leader you will need to organise a group of 35+ to go on the trip and liaise with the INFERNOS bookings team to make sure everyone pays their initial deposit and later the remaining balance. Ideally our booking team would rather deal with one person on behalf of the whole group - it makes the payment much smoother, however if people require extras/changes they can pay separately.
Once you have the group together it's nice and simple - you'll need to agree a pick-up point from the UK where you will all jump on a coach and head to Morzine. Once you're in resort you will be staying in a Ski in, Ski out hotel called INFERNOS where your breakfast and evening meals will be provided. Your ski passes will be ready for your arrival and if you need ski hire we can arrange it for the group upon their arrival or in the morning before they head out on the slopes. Additional services like these need to be arranged upon booking.
