Request: REQUEST: Job

Available immediately for the following positions: Assistant Host, Assistant Manager, Waitress (and will consider alternative positions).

I am a 34 year old British female with 13 years experience within Client Service marketing roles. I also have waitressing experience. I feel I could contribute in the above capacities.

Full driving license. Limited French - spoken and written.

I have recently returned from an 8-month trip across America, Canada, Fiji, New Zealand and Australia.

During this period I undertook voluntary positions allowing me to live and work with local families and experience their way of life. Two of the positions I secured were: farm work on a llama farm in South East Texas, and childcare for a dairy farm owner in New Zealand South Island.

Both of these positions presented challenges for me as I hadn’t previously cared for young children or carried out farm work/care for large animals.
I found both placements to be incredibly rewarding as I was able to integrate into my hosts lives, experience their way they life, learn new skills and be of genuine support to them when they needed it.

Having now returned home I find myself longing for another opportunity to experience something new and challenge myself once again to do something completely different!

I am not afraid of hard work, long hours or getting my hands dirty – working for a marketing agency is fast paced, hours can be (very) long and working on events means anything can happen! I’ve cleaned, I’ve been a waitress, I’ve helped build stages, I’ve even been a host for a game show when one of the hosts didn’t show up – someone has to do it, right?! The show must go on! :)
