We have availability from Sunday 31 January 2027 and could offer your group exclusive use of our family-run catered chalet in Châtel, France, in the Portes du Soleil.
I know you mentioned 5 nights, but our week would run Sunday to Sunday.
The chalet sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 ensuite bedrooms, so it would work well for 7 people wanting sole occupancy.
Châtel is a good option from Geneva Airport, usually around 90 minutes by road, and we can help arrange airport transfers if required.
We are not in Morzine, but Châtel is also part of the Portes du Soleil, with access to skiing across both the French and Swiss sides of the area.
The ski shuttle stop is around a 2-minute walk from the chalet, with the main Châtel lift access only a few minutes away.
We are a family-run chalet, personally hosted by me and my wife, Grace.
Included:

My chalet is a 10 minute drive to Morzine, which I know does not meet your criteria but it is an exceptional, high end luxury chalet, with amazing views and tranquility and privacy in the hottub which in my mind trumps being in town and is a better price. Ski chauffeur services can be arranged and caterers if required, so no driving necessary and no carrying skis or walking through town.
The chalet sleeps 8; 2 master bedrooms with ensuite and 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom.
The chalet has a large open plan living area on the top floor with fabulous mountain views, bedrooms on the middle floor and a bar area with pool table on the ground floor plus a hottub on the terrace with panoramic mountain views.
The chalet is €680 per night plus €350 one off service charge.

On our website there's also a 360 degree tour – you can see all our bedrooms so there will be no surprises when you arrive!
Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. We can offer you sole occupancy of our cosy, well appointed chalet in Morgins Switzerland from 1-6 February 2027 for £3,000 all in.
We have 4 double rooms, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and indoor parking next to the door. We have a log fire, heated boot lockers, and there is a south facing terrace, WiFi, smart TV, and games.
Morgins is a pretty village in the heart of the Portes du Soleil and right on the border with France, 5 minutes drive from Chatel. We have been enjoying it for 15 years and believe you get the best of all worlds.
Skiing from the village is fantastic for all levels of ability. There is a gondola perfect for accessing the Swiss side in the direction of Les Crosets, Lindarets and Avoriaz, plus the beginners’ slopes and iconic views of the Dents du Midi. A continuous free shuttle takes you there in 2 minutes from outside the chalet, and there is another chairlift 50 metres from our back door which takes you up to the quieter slopes of Chatel on the French side and directly on via Linga and Lindarets towards Avoriaz. You can access everything the Portes du Soleil has to offer easily from the doorstep.
We are 1½ hour drive from Geneva Airport and we recommend picking up a car for easy transfers, it's also useful for grocery shopping (beyond the 2 small supermarkets in the village) and popping to Chatel.
Our guests enjoy a 20% discount on ski hire.

Our properties are booked self-catered, but there are many options for flexible catering from one of our partners, from one-off-meal drops, to full service catering, giving you as much flexibility as possible.
The Grand Massif offers over 265km of pistes and has an excellent snow record, which is one of the best in the Alps, not only due to having 80% of pistes facing north, but it also enjoys a micro-climate due to its proximity to Mont Blanc.
Alps Accommodation guests receive many discount - 5-20% off ski passes for most weeks, delivered to your property, 20% off ski hire, and 5-10% on lessons. We can also help with other aspects of your holiday, from child care to restaurant bookings.

Location: La Mulaterie, Chinaillon | Chalet Bleriot or Chalet Chiron located in Le Chinaillon, just above Le Grand Bornand,are both available 30 January - 6 February (we let Saturday - Saturday). They are about 1 hour drive from Geneva. Chalets are ski in/out or a 5 min walk to lifts & village centre. Offered on a self catered basis. Each chalet has:
5 bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins)
5 bath/shower rooms
Large open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen
Located on a private road
Large decked area, garage with heated boot cupboard.
Laundry room
Chalet Chiron has a sauna
Towels, final clean and tea towels provided
Cost is €4000 for Bleriot and €4100 for Chiron

Our Chalet-Hotel Les Rhododendrons in snow sure Plagne 1800 is part of the Paradiski area, next to the slopes and two chair lifts taking you to pistes suiting all abilities. The ski school meeting point is just across the street from us.
We provide half board EVERY day and an excellent range of facilities including
