| | Looking for catered accommodation for a family trip celebrating my 70th birthday. Hot tub/sauna would be nice. We normally fly to Geneva but would consider other options. Does not have to be France or Switzerland. We would consider Italy and Austria too. Have a couple of beginners and a 5 year old with us so something close to town/lifts would be ideal. There is ten of us including the 5 year old. Happy for the 5 year old to share a bedroom with parents but one of the guests is on her own so we need 5 bedrooms.

We can accommodate your group for either of those weeks for 8000 Euros (about £6700) on a catered basis at Chalet Morville.
I think we replied to your earlier posting, but to recap Chalet Morville has 5 ensuite bedrooms, including a family room able to accommodate the 5 year old and parents (and leave a bedroom for single occupancy).
We are located in Venosc, a satellite village of Les 2 Alpes, with its own gondola, which provides the rarity of an authentic French village with high altitude skiing. The village gondola is within walking distance but we nevertheless offer a shuttle service to and from it throughout the day for convenience. Venosc itself has artisanal shops to browse (including a woodcarver and a potter) as well as several restaurants. The more traditional ski-themed shops can be found in the main resort area, which is only 8 minutes away by the gondola.
As an independent owner-operated chalet, we are happy to adapt our catering to your groups requirements including any dietary requirements and special requests such as earlier supper for the child.
In terms of airport proximity, it is possible to use Geneva (3 hours away) but Grenoble (1.5 hours) and Lyon (2 hours) are closer.

Our Chalet-Hotel Les Rhododendrons in snow sure Plagne 1800 is part of the Paradiski area, next to the slopes and two chair lifts taking you to pistes suiting all abilities. The ski school meeting point is just across the street from us.
We provide half board EVERY day and an excellent range of facilities including
