Chalet Cannelle is an owner-run, original farmhouse, seamlessly blending rustic charm with contemporary elegance. Designed entirely around comfort, the open-plan living space features double-height windows, a log fire, and panoramic views of the Abondance valley mountains - the ideal spot to unwind after an active day in the mountains.  

Enjoy afternoon tea, take a soak in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by snow, and relax as aperitifs and canapés are served around the fire.

There are 6 ensuite bedrooms, each with everything you would expect for a luxury stay; fine linen on super comfy super king-size beds, sumptuous towels, gorgeous toiletries & bathrobes.

Dining at Chalet Cannelle is a chef’s table experience. With the open kitchen and dining area, you can watch the evening’s menu being prepared entirely from scratch using the best produce - expect to see fresh pasta or pastry being rolled, bread being kneaded or ice cream being churned.
 

WINTER:

• Catered Ski Holidays for up to 14 guests (maximum 10 adults) 
• Short breaks and seven night stays available
• Whole chalet bookings or by the room. 
• Dedicated adult only stays outside of school holidays – no single supplement for two bedrooms

The dining experience at Chalet Cannelle is why many of our guests return each year.  The large dining table next to the open kitchen gives you the chef’s table experience every night. This is where Andy spends the day, making all manner of creations from scratch for you to enjoy after your day in the mountains.

We love everything about food. Growing it, picking it, sourcing it, preparing it, eating it. It has been a delight for us to travel and be inspired by incredible chefs, return to the chalet and recreate the flavours we have experienced for our guests.
