Chalet Marialys is situated in the beautiful village of Essert Romand, just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Morzine.
Spread over 2 floors, the chalet has been sympathetically renovated to create a luxurious home-from-home retreat set in a beautiful alpine landscape.
The lounge, set at the far end of the chalet, offers a calm and inviting space to unwind. A comfortable corner sofa sits within warm wood panelling, with a wall-mounted TV. The standout feature is the large picture window, perfectly framing the mountains, with two armchairs positioned to make the most of the view — ideal for sitting back with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with a passion for cooking and hosting at its heart. There’s plenty of preparation space, generous storage, and a central island facing the dining area, keeping whoever is cooking part of the conversation. Bi-fold doors open onto the wrap-around balcony, perfect for a glass of wine as the sun sets over the mountains.
Each of the chalet’s four bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, flexibility and a connection to the surrounding mountains. All rooms are en-suite and feature zip-and-link beds, allowing them to be configured as either doubles or twins. Set across the chalet, the bedrooms enjoy views of Pointe de Savolaire, Pointe des Lanchettes, Rocher de la Chaux, Pointe de Ressachaux and Le Pleney.

The largest bedroom has been designed with families and friends in mind, featuring two enclosed cabin beds alongside the main sleeping area — a fun and practical space that makes the most of the chalet’s layout.
